Shipping & Assembly FAQ

Shipping is free on every order across the contiguous US. We ship by curbside freight. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and transit takes 5 – 9 business days depending on your location. The carrier is FedEx Freight (curbside delivery).

Because pergolas, gazebos and sheds ship on pallets, they are delivered by freight to your curb or driveway. The driver brings the shipment to the truck’s tailgate; moving it to its final spot and assembly are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend having a second person on hand for delivery day.

No. All products ship flat-packed with hardware and step-by-step instructions. Most can be assembled by a capable homeowner with basic tools over a weekend; larger pergolas and gazebos are easier with two people.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price – no restocking fees. Email info@Excavons.com with your order number to start a return. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always returnable at our expense.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take an additional 3 – 5 business days to post the credit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.

We ship within the United States only, to the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes (freight requires a physical delivery address).

Yes. Our cedar structures use naturally rot-resistant western cedar, steel gazebos are powder-coated against rust, and our sheds are molded from UV-protected double-wall resin that will not rust, rot, peel or fade.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page or in My Account.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each product page. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable state law.

A level, well-drained base is important. Resin sheds include a built-in floor and sit best on a level pad or gravel base. Freestanding pergolas and gazebos should be anchored to a patio, deck or concrete pad using the included or product-specific hardware.
