This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept and how payment is handled at Excavons. Last updated September 2026.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

• American Express
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

These are the only payment methods we accept. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks or bank transfers.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

Secure processing

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your payment is encrypted end to end, and we never store your full card number on our servers. Apple Pay and Google Pay use device-level tokenization for added security.

When you are charged

Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund your payment to the original payment method.

Billing information

Please ensure the billing name and address you enter match those on file with your card issuer. Mismatched details are a common cause of declined payments.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. See our Refund and Return Policy for timing and eligibility.
